CPS Test

CPS stands for 'Clicks Per Second'. This test measures how many times you can click your mouse button in a specific time interval. It is a popular benchmark in the gaming community, particularly for games like Minecraft (PvP) or clicker games, where high clicking speed gives a competitive advantage.

A low CPS score is rarely a hardware failure; it's usually a matter of technique. Standard clicking rarely exceeds 6-7 CPS. To achieve higher scores, gamers use techniques like 'Jitter Clicking' (vibrating the arm muscles) or 'Butterfly Clicking' (using two fingers on one button). However, a faulty mouse switch that misses clicks can artificially lower your score.
